The Project Manager is responsible for fostering and managing the creation process of a building from a global perspective, and handles the planning, coordination and monitoring of the project from inception to completion. The Construction Management is focused on managing the contracting arrangements during the construction process.

In both cases, it is important to have leadership and planning skills and to accomplish the stated project objectives, managing cost, time and quality in order to meet the client requirements, finishing on schedule, with consideration to the authorized costs and to the quality standards that have been stablished.
